Biscuits,bakery products,Milk & Diseases in children and adult.

Lets talk about clinical and practical view..now a days children diet getting worst and their habbit are uncontrollable.
After lockdown children eating and exercise habbits changed (children outdoor playing criteria changed.
 so from morning breakfast children used to eat more bakery products..
At once whole biscuits packets are used to finished and thats happen because parents also used to do same.
This bakery products like biscuits,Toast,Khari if used daily that affects on agni of digestion of children as well as Adults.

Why we make habbits of taking sweet in morning...we can try differnt taste  that good for your guts...

High carbohydrate and suger products in morning where Digestive agni is just started to burn where this heavy food diminish the digestive agni and if this happen regulerly then dhatu poshan of every system getting affected.
In adult used to eat in Morning :
Tea and Weat chapati(Roti)
Milk and Roti(wheat)
And some bakery products Toast ,khari regulerly or wheat chapati (salt contain) and milk when combined then toxic slow poison form that will affect the Digetive agni.
Some taking eggs and milk thats also affecting the agni

And some has habbits of taking cold food like late night food(roasted rice and two days cold chicken and mutton)taking in morning or fermented food daily..so those who have habbits of heavy exercise daily like farmer they can digest fermented food daily like idli and dosa but those who dont they better avoid or take on weekly based neither better ready increase pitta dosha and vata dosha will affect them to pain at joints and mobility.
There vata dosha is prominently increased 
So avoid this things in your food.

You can take :-
Jawar roti or bajara roti(without salt) and milk together 
You can use weekly twice or once bakery or biscuits product or
Go with pulses(Mug + roasted  corn aata roti in morning.
Or 
Dryfruits like Almonds,Dry dates,Anjeer in morning with milk 
Or Milk with swet musli or with turmeric
Or roasted mug aata with vegetable parata.
Or fruits and dry fruits.
Or weekly once Idli and dosa (try to avoid fermentation at night)
Or roasted wheat powder with mix vegetable 

But dont go with opposite virya (character)food like Milk and salt ,fruits and milk 
And chicken or eggs with milk that will affects the digestive agni and leads 
#skin disorder
#piles 
#digetion difficulty
#slow weight loss

So be with natural things..and go with fress foods.
