Hrudayroga and Heart blockages through Ayurveda

One case...

Cardiac blockages and ह्रदयरोग

A male patient 66yr.
Retired police man.
Cheif complaints.
Breathlessness
Mild ankle swelling
history smoking
History of COPD.
K/c/o DM and HTN

On alopathy medicine on DMand HTN

2D echo has 60% EF
Mild LVH

Nadi Vatpittaj
Awastha Vat kaphaj

Since 5 to 6 year patient on ayurvedic medicine for #swasha and #prameha.

Nidan : #Kaphaj #Gulma

And reguler basti every year going

Every year
All check up done
ECG normal
2Decho normal
TMT Test normal so #NO_Angiography done

This year he had swelling at ankle is more and in nadi kaphaj awastha prominent even prameha normal

We advised
2 d echo and ecg again but
LVH.
Then go for Angiography
Then found
2 blockages
1 at RCA =100%
And OM1 =75 %
As per cardiologist concern this RCA block is old but why not he suffered major heart issue ?
And now her Rt side of heart  supply by collateral artieries which newly formed.

Patient said he is on ayurvedic medicine whenever he felt breathless.
Patient had done...physical activity like
Shivneri fort walked last month.
And before that Harishchandra fort also.

And one more things ..
Those artery is block like RCA...has got supportive collateral baby arteries formed from left side of heart.

Patient did reguler basti every year and also once a month and with ayurvedic medicine going.

So conclusion is even he had 100 % block his heart had taken care of itself because ayurvedic basti and medicine doesnt gave too much  load to heart..

We suggest to do angioplasty for that 100% RCA  and 75% OM1 and again continue with our medicine.

Patient angioplasty done and now better
